This Sunday!

EXCLUSIVE BOISE SCREENING!!

Occupation 101: Voice of the Silenced Minority

Forget what you think you know about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Occupation 101 presents a comprehensive analysis of the facts and hidden truths surrounding the never-ending controversy and dispels many of its long-perceived myths and misconceptions, through historical and current footage as well as interviews with leading Middle East scholars, peace activists, journalists, religious leaders and humanitarian workers whose voices have too often been suppressed in American media outlets. This award-winning documentary questions the Israeli military occupation of the West Bank and Gaza and whether Americans should continue to help pay for it.

Presented by TVTV (Treasure Valley Community Television) and the Boise State Dead 8 Student Production Club, this film will be presented at the Boise State Special Events Center and will feature a panel discussion afterwards about issues raised in the film. The screening will benefit TVTV, whose mission is to encourage a free and open discussion of public issues and to make sure that under-represented points of view are heard in the Treasure Valley.
